Dette er sket i ugen (som er på 10 dage i forgotten) der er gået:

 

Noget af det første du gjorde var at besøge en tøjbutik, som kunne hjælpe med kjolen (kjolen er billede 4 af dem du har lagt op). Du fandt hurtigt ud af, at Hannah’s Fine Clothing (se evt hjemmeside > galleri > silverymoon) var den bedste shop at gå til, så det gjorde du.

Du fandt butikken, som udefra mest ligner et hus i flere etager, der ser ud til at kunne falde om hvert øjeblik det skulle være. Huset er frygteligt skævt og det ser ud til, at hver nye etage er bygget skævt ovenpå den tidligere, og med de 6 etager, så når man står nær ved indgangen, føles det som om, hele huset er ved at falde ned i hovedet på en.

Indenfor er der et mindre rum, hvor der hænger kjoler, stof og mærkelige urter overalt, og direkte modsat døren er en disk, og bag denne sidder en lille halvtyk gnom mand, og stirrer på dig. Han siger intet og det hele virker lidt mystisk. Du går hen til ham og præsenterer dig og dit ærinde, og samtidig bemærke du, at denne gnom ikke har blinket en eneste gang, han stirrer bare på dig. Du føler dig allerede lidt beklemt ved situationen. Men så med et, ned af en trappe, og nu ser du, at der er flere meget smalle trapper, nogle går op, nogle ned, kommer en smuk gnom kvinde med orange hår og synåle overalt i håret. Hun præsenterer sig som Hannah med et bredt smil, og du bliver hurtigt beroliget af hendes venlige væsen og imødekommenhed.

Herfra går resten af dagen på mærkelig vis. Hannah vil gerne hjælpe dig og hun får hjælp af den gnom mand, som viser sig at være hendes husbond – Garlind, og de prøver begge på alle mulige måder at få målt dig op, men det er meget svært, da du hver gang rykker dig væk, når de vil måle dig. Det hele tager frygtelig lang tid. Gnomerne prøver alt muligt, og får til sidst målt dig, hvor de både prøver overtalelse, snig-måling, pludselige måle-angreb og alt muligt andet. Da der er gået nogle timer er begge gnomer helt forpustede og svedige, og selv Hannah er begyndt at miste tålmodigheden og snerrer af sin, ret dumme, husbond Garlind. Men kjolen bliver gjort klar til dig, og flere gange kommenterer Hannah, at det er en meget unik kjole med et meget særpræget mønster og teknik. Du får kjolen samme dag, da du oplever hvorfor Hannah er den bedste. Det tager hende utrolig kort tid at sy kjolen til og hun bruger både hænder, fødder, mund og ører når hun syr. Efter arbejdet takker Hannah dig og fortæller, at du altid er velkommen, og særligt nu hvor de har dine mål, som hun lover at ville gemme, for evigt og altid. Du skal betale 10 gp. for at få kjolen tilpasset.

 

Resten af tiden i byen oplever du mange gange, at folk ser på dig med forundring, ikke med afsky, men mere chok og forundring. De fleste holder sig væk, men det sker flere gange, at en mand kommer hen imod dig fra siden eller bagfra, tydeligvis for at skulle charme dig, men så ser de dit ansigt og øjne, og inden de når at komme i ‘tale-afstand’ så vender de om på hælen.

 

Du får læst det grundlæggende om de historier du vil – hvilket vil sige, at du har den viden som er i Sword Coast Adventurers Guide. Du finder også ud af, at øen Lantan er der hvor de bedste mekaniske folk er, og du finder ud af, at denne ø er meget, meget langt væk. Tilfældigt nævner du, at du søger dette emne til en clerk i Vault of the Sages, og du får en seance med en Sage – Jean Kahn Ultrot den fjerde. Han er en meget gammel mand (hjemmeside) og har et ekstremt roligt sind, og af en eller anden grund, så har du en oplevelse af, at du godt kan lide ham. I passer ligesom sammen i personlighed. I er begge rolige og ingen, absolut ingen, tager det mindste initiativ til berøring af nogen som helst slags. Efter lidt snak fra dig, om hvad du søger. Så går Jean Kahn Ultrot den fjerde ind i en dyb trance. Det tager noget tid. Timer, hvilket du tænker for alle andre ville være meget akavet og kedeligt, men for dig, er helt rart. Jean Kahn Ultrot den fjerde fortæller dig bagefter, at på Lantan er der rigtignok flere som kan det du søger, men at du sikkert aldrig kommer derhen, da de er ekstremt uvelkomne overfor fremmede. Han fortæller dog, at i landet Hartsvale, i Castle Hartwick boede der en lantaneser, som også kunne hjælpe dig. Det er ikke helt tydeligt for Jean Khan Ultrot den fjerde, hvor denne lantaneser er, men et sted i Hartsvale eller deromkring er et godt bud.

 

Maul er let at købe og bind til, så det har du.

 

Bag of Holding finder du på The Market of Stars, hos en lidt mærkelig og mystisk type, som kalder sig Xsasu Umpilliere. Han virker som en meget snedig forretningsmand, og på en eller anden måde, som du ikke helt er sikker på hvad er, så fik du købt den Bag of Holding til 400 gp. som var lidt mere end du havde håbet at skulle betale.

 

Armor og Contact other plane scroll er muligt i at få i byen, men er dyrere end du lige har til. Du har fundet frem til, at The Vault of the Sages har en scroll of contact other plane, og at den kan købes for 3500 gp.

At gøre din armor magisk med +1, kan lade sig gøre og der er flere steder du kan finde nogen som kan dette. Prisen ligger dog generelt på 4000 gp. Du har dog undgået Gorak (ja den samme som fra Eberron), som du har set på markedet, men ikke har villet snakke med, så måske Gorak kan gøre det billigere.

 

Scroll of comprehend languages får du købt i The Shining Scroll, hos den venlige troldkvinde Xara, og med hjælp fra Shava, som åbenbart har et godt forhold til Xara, får du den til den nette pris af 50 gp.

 

Det med Shava og om du må scribe fra hendes bog, må vi tage in game, men hvis det er ok med hende, så er det noget du har gjort i den forgangne uge.

 

Du får også brugt noget tid med Holdie. Den virker til at være meget meget glad for, at du er dig selv igen. Den virker nærmest ekstatisk over det. Du får en oplevelse af, at Holdie har været alt for længe i den der Familiar Pocket og at den generelt har været meget bange for dig, men nu er du dig selv, og Holdie er bare lykkelig. Du får også en oplevelse af, at hver gang I går over den fantastiske månebro over floden, så bliver Holdie urolig og bange, og det samme sker hver gang I går forbi en af de spredte nedgange til dværge tunnellerne, som strækker sig under byen.

Holdie virker som modvillig imod at skifte form, men da Holdie opfatter, at det gør, at den ikke skal ind i familiar pocket, så er den helt med på ideen, og den tager en form af en Falk og flyver tit højt op og hurtigt ned igen. Det virker til, at Holdie er ret glad for, at kunne flyve højt og hurtigt.

Session 25: Abries bytter kjolebogen fra Eberron til en flot og praktisk kjole hos Hannah’s. Kjolen er klar den 14 Chess.

 

OM ABRIES OG SVÆRD OG SKJOLD

 

Abries ophav er en stor hemmelighed i kosmos og kun kendt af meget få skabninger.

Hun er skabt af dæmoner som et levende våben imod djævle, da hun kan bære celestial våben og derved flytte balancen i dæmonernes favør, ved at kunne udslette Lemure fra djævlenes hære. Hun er en af 100 af disse våben, men Balancen fik nys om disse våben og de angreb komplekset hvor de blev lavet og udslettede 80 af dem. 10 er stadig i dæmonernes vold. 9 er spredt rundt omkring på planerne og Abries er den ene som er på material plane, selvom andre af hendes slags kan komme dertil, via normale måder.

 

Abries blev taget af Marcus i angrebet på komplekset, sammen med de 9 andre, for Balancen ville vide om de kunne bruge disse vidundere til noget. Marcus ser hende som en ejendel og en ting. Han har brugt Sinistril til at give Abries sværdet og har brandet hende med skjoldet, og han har udnyttet Sinistril, som dengang troede at de skulle være mand og kone og som faktisk elskede ham (den eneste hun nogensinde har elsket). Men da Marcus ikke længere skulle bruge Sinistril, sendte han Abries ind i en stor kamp i Astral Plane, for at teste hendes evner, uden at Sinistril vidste dette (Sinistril anså Abries som sin datter i lang tid, men har flyttet sit had imod Marcus over på Abries også, selvom hun stadig bærer kærlighed til hendes i hjertet). Abries faldt i denne kamp, og hendes død sendte hende til et andet plan, hvor hun så vågnede uden hukommelse i hulen med sit sværd og skjold.

 

De ringe og den hånd Abries har vil begynde at lave udøde og er allerede startet:

 

– 1/week cast Create Undead as a 6 th level spell slot. Even if you lose control of the ghouls they won’t attack you, but will wander away from you to find victims to kill and eat (The caster have no control over the ghouls if they are within 100 ft of something living, they will attack it and try to eat it).

 

Væsnet som er bundet til ringene og hånden er en meget ond energi fra de udødes plan, som gerne vil se hele verden udød og I evigt mørke. Den vil gerne se så mange free willed udøde som muligt skabt, og lade dem rasere verden. Hvis ikke wearer selv gør det eller noget lignende ondt, så vil den få wearer til at samle en større hær af ghouls ved, at ca ugentligt når wearer sover, så får den wearer til at begynde dette arbejde. Det starter med at den finder et passende sted til alle de udøde, som fx en ruin, en dungeon, et forladt hus etc. Næste skridt er at begynde at rejse ghouls, 3 ad gangen som den styrer fra stedet, når den en gang imellem får wearer til at gå dertil og rejse de udøde, eller sender nogle udøde ghouls derhen for at blive en del af hæren. De udøde ghouls ser wearer som deres skaber og leder, men de er intelligente og følger kun så længe det giver mening for dem selv, dvs så længe de har relativ tryghed og føde. Væsnet flytter gerne tilholdssted for sine udøde, samler flere følgere og gør alt den kan for at bekrige verden med sine udøde, faktisk så

meget så det med stor sandsynlighed vil blive et eventyr for spillerne senere, at blive hyret til atbekæmpe de udøde som wearer på sin vis har skabt.

 

Væsnet ser også meget gerne at wearer gør onde ting og myrder dem omkring sig, og giver tit wearer tanker om at myrde dem omkring sig, på alle mulige uhyggelige måder.

 

Sværd:

 

Navn: Foebane

Artifact, ikke unik, sjælden og værdifuld, skabt af Argonessen drager, som et værn imod alle med resistance og damage immunities, men sværdet viste sig at have et sind, og være ret ondt, så dragerne holdt op med at bruge det. Engle har forbudt dem, men Fiends bruger dem gerne. (Marcus har fået Sinistril til at give Abries dette sværd, fordi det skjuler hendes meget sjældne energi (med sin særlige ondskab), fra dem som gerne vil have hende i deres tjeneste).

True Evner:

+2 Enhancement.

Bonus action: Wielder decides an energy type, and the weapons deals 1d8 points of damage of the chosen type, each time it deals damage.

The sword has 1 better critical range against beings with immunities or resistance against any energy damage type.

The sword can drain the lifeforce of beings it kills, each time bestows a False Life spell on the wielder.

Cast Ray of Sickness, Ray of enfeeblement, Vampiric Touch and Blight each 1/day. Dc is 16 and spell attack is +8.

Intelligent weapon, int. 18. Wants to kill and drain life force, preferably from exotic and damage resistant beings. Always tries and get wielder to kill and drain other beings, especially the exotic kinds. The sword is very bloodthirsty and impatient, though after draining something exotic, it will keep calm and quiet for a little while, time depending on the rareness and degree of exotic of the being it has drained.

 

Skjold

Navn: The Vale Defender

Unique. Skabt af ærkeenglen Magnus, efter sigende til den blandede skabning som han forsøgte at oplære i det gode og som var som en datter for ham. Legenden siger at datteren havde ‘Vale’ et sted i sit navn. Skjoldet skulle efter sigende være gået tabt i en meget stor og voldsom krig mellem engle og fiends i The Astral Realm. Der er få der kender til skjoldet, men flere som kender dets symboler som engle symboler for beskyttelse og godhed. (skjoldet er også en ærklæring om, at den som bærer dette skjold tilhører Marcus, men det er kun meget få som kender til Abries særlige ophav og/eller de større kosmiske ting, der ved dette. Egenligt siger det noget alla, “Hun Abries som bærer dette, tilhører mig ærkeenglen Marcus, og jeg vil for altid jage dem, som prøver at tage mine ejendele”).

Good aligned, if not good (or special being) and trues and attune to it, the attempt deals 8d6 psychic damage to the one who tried, and the attunement is not completed.

Cast Detect evil and good and Detect Magic each 1/short rest.

Cast Divine Favor, Protection from good and evil, Alarm, Protection from energy each 1/day and only on wielder where applicable.

The Shield is good aligned and always wants to do good deeds. It may fail to function in any way it chooses, if its wielder does not do enough good deeds. For special beings, it is much more relaxed in this approach, and will accept great degrees of variance on the wielders part.

The shield is always in contact with Marcus, and can be used to contact, scry and similar on him, as well Marcus can do the same towards the shield and its attuned wielder.

Sword of the Devils: (Attuned) – Foe bane

Development:

  1. As I slew the shadow in the temple ruins for the Shadow (The Dark Six) instead of just disappearing it was absorbed in to my sword.
  2. After killing the spectre in the mines (session five) the sword absorbed the energy and grew immensely in power giving it a +1 enchantment
  3. As a result of my grief-stricken rampage, against Girad my sword has evolved again making it more aggressive against creatures with resistance. Crit range 19-20 against beings with damage resistance or immunities.
  4. After returning from my demoninc form, the sword now has as a new power
    • 1/long rest: cast Ray of Sickening 2nd level +8 to hit DC16
  • I now know that these items are of enormous power as I have experienced their full potential as I was in my demon form.
  • I also learn that even as a full blooded demon I was able to wield both.

Defender of Angles: (Attuned)

Development:

  1. In the castle where we fought Antoine and his master, the summoned angle called me daughter. The proximity of my ?Father? the shield came to live. (Session six)

  1. I now know that these items are of enormous power as I have experienced their full potential as I was in my demon form.

I also learned that somewhere on the face of the shield are hidden text, which I could see in my demon form, and for some reason was funny for the beings of evil and chaos.

Development:

  • I am now even more sure that I have not just lost my mind. I am or was something different.
    • See sword dev. 1 for more info.
    • I am not human, my father might be an angle, but who is my mother?
      1. It appears that my mother is a devil her name is Sinistril.
        1. She lives in a city called Stalkers Deep which is in Khyber.
      2. My father’s name might be Magnus.
    • I have just learned that Zarl is my brother. I don’t know how I feel about this
  • I am beginning to feel that I need some balance in my life, after the sword is growing in power. I fear that if this continues I will be overtaken by the power it contains
    • I have regained some balance as my shield has come awake.
  • I have to find Lady Celeste, as she knows who the Angle was (session six) she called him her spouse.
  • I now know that our actions of failing to protect the people of Ringbriar have cause them no end of pain. Children have been killed and tortured.
    • This have filled me with great sorrow and enormous rage.
    • I have tried to atone myself, by going on a murder spree to kill the one responsible.

        • His farther is Lord Malice – a demon
          • Turns out that Lord Malice is in truth Gargauth the devil demi god who is/was so evil that the nine hells banished him.

 

  • I have learned that an angle might be my father. This I need to investigate.
    • The fact that this might be true have made it very difficult for me to make decisions which might involve actions, turning me on the path of an alignment. Like killing the bandit, we toke captive, he most likely deserved it, but what if he didn’t. I wanted to kill him myself but could not, I could not even let the others kill him and just turn my back to it. Now we are stuck with him.

 

 

NOTES FROM THE GAMES – The life in Eberron.

(First session)

We met Girard Talthorne the Magistrate for Ringbriar and he told us that we could stay in his town, get a house and have the food for our younger, if we did the town a favour.

Travelers had been attacked by goblins and his towns guards had so far been unable to locate the goblins hideout. If we could handle this for him, we would be welcome in Ringbriar.

 

  • We found the goblins in an old temple ruin to the Shadow (The Dark Six).
  • We fought and killed a shadow. See sword development.
    • The Shadow was guarding three items
      • My ring
      • Mikker found an Amulet
      • Amerile found a broche
    • I have a letter written in goblin, which we took of the Hobgoblin in the temple ruin.
    • For some reason it was very important for Mikker and Ameriel to argue about who killed or did not kill the goblins, instead of knocking some of the unconscious. (Note Link 1)

 

(Second session)

Return to town

  • Girard Talthorne tells us that Saxzil traded in Khyber dragonshards, and that he would like for us to take up Saxzils supply of these shards to him. He will give us a month to resume the deliveries, if we have not begun the supply by that time, he will ask others to take over Saxzils mines.

 

Return to Saxzil keep

  • We returned to Saxzil keep, to find it overrun by the undead. A plan was devised that Ameriel and some of the younglings would lure the undead in the court yard away, and then Mikker and I would enter the keep.
  • In the keep we found a ghoul like creature that had taken Anthep hostage and had been torturing him. The creature was trying to get a black orb out of a protective force orb. I was able to stick my hand in and retrieve the orb, bur as it came out of the force orb, it turned to dust.
  • Anthep told us that Saxzil had been taken hostage by the undead masters who attack the keep.

The Mines

  • A hobgoblin is laying by one of the exits, he talks about how the Hand returned to Ghaaldar keep The Hand is the right hand of chief Galborn.
    • The Hand is described to resemble Saxzils the Hand
  • Dwarf in the shed. He offered me my rightful place as in the fold of Antoine, when he saw my sword he called me the messiah.
    • Mikker made a bad decision which almost cost me my life. We had a talk about this and he said that we would not let me alone against all the monsters again.
  • We found Antoine in a small house in the far end of the mine. We had a long debate about the legality of his deed compared to ours. In the end Mikker shot him with an arrow. He retaliated, which in the end brought me down and Mikker on the run.

 

 

(Third session)

  • Mikker, Amerile, Leon and Crang came to rescue me. Crang was killed in the attempt.

I don’t understand the tactic that was used in my rescue attempt. We had to flee and come back the day after with all our friends, when we returned Antoine had fleet.

  • The mine is now cleared and we can start the mining operation.

 

(Forth session)

  • In general, both Mikker and Amerile makes arses of themselves.
    • Mikker accidentally accuse the blacksmith of being a racist
    • Mikker insult Anthep calling him an idiot.
    • Amerile and Mikker both aggravate a Warforged guard to the point where he has to be kept from attacking them.
  • After we exit the mines Mikker and Amerile decides to interrogate the lurker we toke captive. Mikker turns this in to torture after the first question. I would not have part in that and just left.
  • We went back to Ringbriar where we talked with Girard Talthorne, who was waiting for us, a mile outside of the town. He must have very good scouts.
    • We agreed to his proposal about letting him run the mine, and we get a part of the profit.
    • The work force should arrive at House Zaxzil after approximately 3 weeks.
  • Mikker went to the “church” to have the curse from his amulet removed. Here we found a very drunk cleric. After filling him with liquor, he turn out to be a very capable cleric, when he was channelling his divine magic.
  • I had a new armour made, and unfortunately scared the blacksmith by showing him my sword. A small blunder on my behalf.
  • Outside of Ringbriar a House Carnath caravan had setup shop.
    • Mikker and Amerile tried to get in the camp, but instead only managed to aggravate the Warforged guard, to the point where he wants revenge.
    • After their attempt I got to talk with one of the House Carnath agent “Jack xxx Blackstaff” by offering to sell a magical item (the ring we found in the temple to the Shadow)
    • Jack told me that they would stay at Ringbriar for a month, and they plan to setup a House Carnath enclave near Ringbriar
  • After returning to our keep I remembered that we should also have seen to hiring some carpenters to repair the mines huts in the cave.
    • I talk with Anthep about this, and we agree to send (the bard and paladin) back to Ringbriar to hire these works.

 

 

 

(Fifth session)

  • The mines where attacked by an army of undead. The army was controlled by an undead mage of a kind and a very large armour clad undead which turned in to a spectre.
    • Mikker died during this attack
    • After pushing back, the attack it was decided to build a palisade wall in front of the mine. Enabling the miners to barricade themselves there till we could come help if a new attack came
    • Ameriel and I went to investigate where the undead came from, we found a still army waiting I the tunnel. It was decided that we would leave them as they were not moving.
      • We will handle this army on a later date of time.
    • Drax came and told us that one of his contact had been taken prisoner by a tribe of lizardfolk that normally was in go terms with both Drax and his contact.
      • We found the tribe in an abandoned temple. Here we slew most of the lizardfolk and found Drax’s contact a very strange lizard man. In the lower part of the temple we defeated the snake being who mind controlled the tribe. The snake being unfortunately got away.
      • After talking with the tribe chieftain we found out that a being carrying the same symbol as the undead mage, had come and cast spells on the tribe dominating them.
      • Because we freed them we have made a trade agreement with them, we will provide them with weapons, and we have made a mutual protection agreement.
    • Ringbriar
      • We have learned that the town is rapidly expanding which means that we have had to send Edward and Relic to a larger town to hire carpenters to work for us.
      • The blacksmith has taken a sever dislike to me, after I made the blunder of showing him my sword.
        • Teca the wardforged defender of Ringbriar kept following me during my visit in the town.
      • Inzalkni the dragonborn herbalist have made a list we can give to the lizardfolk, of herbs that she could use.

 

 

 

(Sixth session)

  • The morning after we get back to house Saxzil, we are called to the gate, (Child) comes to pick us up (Saybron and me), Saybron hits the child. I need to talk with him about this, this is no longer the regime of the Hand. At the gate there are 6 farmer families Grik the smith, Inzalkni and Hugo from Ringbriar.
    • The magistrate has force them from their home as he is selling them to unsavoury people.
      • We need to investigate what is happening in Ringbriar.
        • What is Girard up to?
        • Why is he forcing out the original citizens?
        • What is he doing with the Khyber shards?
      • We told them that they could stay at our lands.
        • Grik told us that they would set up a small town and could pay us 60 gp/month, to begin with.
        • I gave Inzalkni permission to move some of the small Silver Dragon Foot flowers to her new gardens.
      • The day after the refugees arrived a Lady Celeste came asking for our aid. Her and her husband had been tracking a band of orcs, who were led by Lord Malice the master of Antoine.
        • They had tracked them to an abandoned castle a day’s walk from our keep.
        • She and her husband could not enter, as there is some kind of barrier keeping them out. She told us that we would be able to enter, because we had had dealings with Antoine before.
        • To aid us she gave us an orb, which we should break when we found Lord Malice, this would summon her husband, and he would slay the fiend.
        • She also gave us a powerful elven longsword to aid us, and which we could keep for our help.
      • We found the castle and fought our way through orc’s and demons.
        • In the basement, we found Antoins and Lord Malice a large demon of fire and evil. Leon broke the orb which summoned an angle.
        • The angle and Malice fought an epic battle.
        • Leon, Saybron and I fought Antoine, who I dealt the killing blow, as he turned invisible and tried to escape.
        • As I killed Antoine the angle looked over at me, looking surprises calling me daughter, just as lord Malice struck him and both the angle and the lord Malice vanished.
        • I have told Saybron and Leon what I know about myself
      • As we returned Lady Celeste has summoned houses for all the towns folk and vanished in the middle of the night.
        • Leon have left the keep to build a house of healing in our new town.
        • Mogul have left the keep to make a tavern in our new town.
      • As I learn that an angle might be my father. This I need to investigate.
        • The fact that this might be true have made it very difficult for me to make decisions which might involve actions, turning me on the path of an alignment. Like killing the bandit, we toke captive, he most likely deserved it, but what if he didn’t. I wanted to kill him myself but could not, I could not even let the others kill him and just turn my back to it. Now we are stuck with him.

 

 

(Seventh session)

  • Things for this session
    • We have to pick up the weapons from the castle.

    • I have to tell Ameriel about the revelation. done
    • See session six for notes on Girard and Ringbriar.

 

  • We have gained a new friend Thaeheran a druid of sorts
    • He told us the it is something called the Emerald Claw which have moved in to Ringbriar.
    • He also told us that there is a black dragon somewhere within a day’s travel from our keep.
      • There should also be a white and possibly a silver
        • I think that this might be related to the Dragon Prophecy scroll we found in Zaxzil’s office.
      • Grik came and told us that a family was missing. They had wandered out to find good soil of grow, despite Griks warnings. We went out to find them.
        • We found three human guards with emerald claws engraved on their shields. They were arguing about who should kill the little girl
        • We ran to try and save her, but as we got there, the one holding the child tossed her to a small black dragon, who ate her.
          • We killed two of the guard and the dragon.
          • The third guard we toke captive, and he lead us to a cave.
            • In the cave, we found a second small black dragon, who almost killed me, and who in the end fled as we had almost killed it.
          • The captive guard told us that it was Girard the Flayer who was gathering all the soldiers.

 

 

 

(Eight session)

  • Things for this session
    • We have to pick up the weapons from the castle.
    • I need to investigate Lady Celeste, the only link to the angle, who called me daughter.
    • Send Drax to the lizard to inquire what weapons and armour they need.
      • I wrote a letter, asking him to go to the lizard tribe, and ask for a list of weapons they need.
    • Saybron have appointed himself judge and jury, over John and apparently absolved him for all his miss deeds.
      • I am curious as to what patron Saybron serve, it is not a god, more in the manner of Dragon or Fey.
      • I do not agree with this, but Saybron seems like he have some dissolutions John have started to call him Prophet and this seems to have affected Saybron in a negative way.
      • I have told Saybron that I would like to know how he will justify his decision to Grik, I will not keep this a secret, and I will not take any responsibility for the choice.
        • His response to this, was that this was none of my business, say in a very defensive partly aggressive manner.
      • We decided to go and take a look at the Ringbriar situation.
        • We decided to bring John.
          • For some reason Saybron wanted to arm John a decision I would not be any part of. This caused a great argument. Saybron seems to be completely blinded by John.
          • In the end john was given a staff.
        • On our way we were attacked by orcs, maybe undead. We fought them. But there shaman/cleric fled and we toke pursuit.
        • We followed the trail to a tunnel in where we found another orc shaman/cleric with two undead children. We killed them all.
        • In the cave was an ice wall which Thaeheran tore down. Behind the wall was a cave covered in fog, as we explored this I was attacked by a large white beast, after biting me it spewed out a cloud of cold and all went black.

 

 

 

(Ninth Session)

  • We woke up chained in a dungeon.
    • After the dungeon we were brought to a mock trial judge by Girard
      • With him he had the white and the black dragon, he also had the orc cleric/shaman we chased and John
      • The trail was all based on lies, which the feeling that Girard just wanted something from us, and he used this to get it.
      • We made a forced deal with him, that we would not take any action on his lands.
        • Included in this deal we had to bring John as an overseer of our actions. (One of Ameriel’s worst suggestions till this day)
      • Outside of Ringbriar we were approached by a warforged named Mallet.
        • He asked us to help us rescue his leader and prophet named Taktan
          • He thought that we had already been trying to save him, when we were at the dragon cave.
        • We agreed and in doing so broke the deal we made with Girard, 2 hours before.
          • We killed the undead John as part of this.
        • We set out to lay an ambush but where spotted.
          • It was a very messy fight where all but Ameriel were knocked unconscious.
        • After the fight, Taktan asked if he and his companions could come and live on our lands.
          • He wants to build his god. I do not quite understand this.
          • He talked about some epiphany telling him that our lands would be a good place to be
        • We have spent the last 4 days traveling to the keep, which we have just reached.
        • I have found that I feel no remorse about breaking the deal with Girard, I will not appreciate to being affronted with it, but it is not something I will lose sleep over
          • Have a close eye on Saybron this breaking of his word might affect him, and we need to be there for him, if he needs it, or bring him down a rung if he saddles his high horse a bit too much again.

 

 

 

(Tenth session)

  • Edward and Relic came back, with 4 horses a carpenter and his pregnant wife
  • Edward told us that they stayed in Ringbriar on their way home.
    • Here they were approached by Liam (inn keeper) and 3 others who were trying to gather forces for a rebellion against Girard.
      • Liam and his friends would like to meet us, in a ruined tower, in the thorn bush surrounding Ringbriar. It is difficult to get to this tower from the outside (90 feet of thorns)
      • Liam said he would await us the 24th of Barrakas, and if we did not show up there, he would come again the 4th of Rhaan.
    • Relic also told us, that Girard has around 200 soldiers.
    • Drax returned with a list of weapons and armour the lizards would like
    • We asked Kingsly to start construction of a reinforced gate for the keep.
      • We gave him and his wife Saxzils room temporarily as he did not have time to build a home for them first.
      • The warforged help us carry up building materials from the mine.
        • For this they got 2 in 5 loads that where carried up
      • We went to the ruin where we had left all the weapons and armours.
        • When we got there, they were taken but only an hour or so before we came.
        • We followed the tracks and where ambushed by goblins and an ogre.
          • In the ogre and goblin camp, we found a half-eaten elven corps.
            • The elf had a silver rapier and a silver embodied cloak
          • We continued to follow the track and found three more ogres, and a nifty goblin.
        • We returned to the keep with all the items.
        • There are now only 5 days until Girard’s men come and pick up the Khyber shards.

 

 

 

(Eleventh session)

  • I have asked Grik to make a Longsword a battle-axe and a Warhammer, we can present to the lizard folk to see it that is the kind of weapons they are looking for.
    • I gave him the Ogre great axe as material, and paid him 10 gp the work.
    • He should be down by the 3rd of Rhaan
  • I went to talk to Taktan I asked him about his epiphany. He told me that he this was the 4th place he was sent to, by epiphanies. This would be the forth piece of his god he would complete.
    • His followers are building really fast, and has already complete close to two stories of a stone tower
      • I asked him if, when they were done we could hire some of his fellow warforged.

To this he said that he would not take gold for the work, but the opportunity to work a bit in our mine.

  • I asked him how he knew about this mine. He told me that my friends had told him
  • I confronted Saybron and Ameriel about telling Taktan about the mine, and the this was something we should not tell people about, as it would only invite unwanted attention.
    • They agreed.
  • We left the keep 2 days before the soldiers would come pick up the shard. With the excuse that we had to go find Thaeheran.
    • We watched as 20 Emerald Claw soldiers came to pick up the shards.
    • Ameriel spotted a dragon flying high above them.
    • We let them pick up the shards, without interfering.
  • We went back to Ringbriar half a day after the soldiers, to meet up with Liam.
    • At Ringbriar we decided to sneak and use magic one the guards. This did not go well.
      • Saybron went after the runner sent back to alert, and Ameriel asked me to help him, as he was surrounded by archers and zombies.
      • Before I reached Saybron he was pulled low by the runner, the leader and two zombies.
      • After the fight, I cleared away the corpses, as Saybron was accusing Ameriel of not having his back, and letting him fall in combat.
        • This is a childish way to act, especially for a paladin!
      • We reached the tower and found an ambush.
        • I jumped to the top of the tower, as Saybron and Ameriel went up the stairs.
        • On the tower roof I found the Black dragon, how breathed acid out over my head, as I pulled myself up over the wall.
          • It was a glorious battle from where I was victorious. I have taken the dragons head as my trophy.
            • My left cheek and throat now have a large acid burn, from when I fought and killed a black dragon in single combat.
          • On the roof, I found Liam who I freed, before I jumped back down to go help my friends.
        • They had both fallen when I reached them, I had the cleric on the retried as I stepped in to a trap, stopping my movement, and he also brought me low.
      • I wake up with lady Celeste standing over me, the Cleric and the two zombies are dead. She looks down at me and say “I made it just in time” before she has time to utter another word a whip of flames hit her in the face, with blood dripping down her face she raises up. Out from the shadows steps a woman, her legs as hooves and covered in purple fur, her upper body is an extremely beautiful woman, and from the top of her head springs two horns and long black hair. “Step away from my daughter” she snares. Lady Celeste looks at her “Magnus will hear of this” she says. “Let him come that snivelling coward” my presumed mother says. Lady Celeste vanishes, and the devil looks down at me, with love in her eyes, “Find a place where no other eyes can see us, and call for me” before she gets another word out, a white light flashes and the room is filled with white feathered wings, a flashing light and she is gone.

 

 

 

(Twelfth session)

  • Ringbriar is controlled by several fractions.
    • Blackscale – The leader is a black dragon named Garos, the one we meet in the cave, and who were there at the trial at Girard’s.
      • They are about 5 medium black dragons and the same soldiers.
      • We killed them all. All 5 black dragons, and 5 cultists
    • Bloodblade
    • Blackflame
      • We will attack the Blackscale as there is a hidden tunnel in to their lair. Which is Inzalkni’s old shop
        • Inzalkni told us a hidden way through the briar ring, which is guarded by a six legged creature. “she” also old us where the entrance to the tunnel is
        • This was a basilisk
          • It turned Saybron to stone.
            • Grazila and I got him back, with combined effort.
          • We arranged with Liam that we will meet him in the ruined town two days after the attack.
            • If we can take both Blackscale and Bloodblades at once, it will be best. They are equal in strength.
          • We learned the one of the two white dragons where down in Khyber.
            • We learned that his name is Rimbite
            • We prepared and attacked it.
              • Before long the dragon retrieded and told us, that Frixanlix would revenge him
            • He toke over Blackscale’s hideout.
              • We slew him in his layer together with 3 Blood of Vol (1 cleric, 1 ranger, 1 fighter)
            • Theis Blackhammer
              • Dwarf from Blackhammer keep.
              • We rescued him from the White dragon, who had attacked him together with the Undead mage.
            • Huge will preserve the black dragon head for me, and make bracers from the skin I gave him.
              • Huge will do this free of charge, because it is for me.
            • Inzalkni can make resistance potions with Dragonflowers or with scales or blood from the desired type.
            • The magistrate knows that it was us how killed the white dragons and the Blackscales.
              • His red robed mage/cleric cast speak with dead, and learned of our involvement
              • In the future, we need to destroy the corpses of our enemies.
            • We are on our way back to the keep. We expect the magistrate will attack us.

 

 

(Thirteenths session)

  • As we reached the keep Anthep and Reliq had arranged for all the towns folk to come in side, and gathered them in groups.
  • I went to Inzalkni to ask for help with potions.
    • She told me that it would take one month for her to make a potion.
  • I also went to Brother Mark Gnirdar house to get him to the keep. I found his door barricaded. I tried to force his door open I instead got a window open enough for me to see in side where Mark was laying in the floor in a drunken stubbier. I got him to wake, where he tough he was under attack, and cast a spell and vanished
  • We contacted Liam in Ringbriar, via a sending spell.
    • He told us, that it was only Girard a red robed cleric and the white dragon who had left.
    • He also told us that Ringbriar now was under tight lock down by the remaining troops.
  • Thaeheran returned with a small green dragon on his shoulder.
  • I tried to contact my mother but before she would appear, I have to cast some sort of spell, making the room private for all outside eyes and ears.
  • As I tried to contact my mother Saybron told all the townsfolk that we have a “portal” to Khyber in the keep, and they had to guard it.
    • Saybron keeps shown extremely poorly judgement in his decision making. With turning to John, telling the Warforged about our mine, and now scarring the townsfolk with Khyper and this two weeks after we all agreed not to talk with outsiders about this.
      • Saybrons decision making privileges have herby now been revoked.
    • Girard showed up at our gate with a small army of undead, the cleric and dragon.
      • He offered us that we could leave and live or stay and die
        • We choose to fight
      • Girard turned out to be a large black dragon, this was either a due to the clerics ritual or that he in fact is a dragon.
      • Saybron left his place with the townsfolk, which made them flee the keep.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(Fourteenths session)

  • I wake up alone in a room of rough-cut black stone, which is very warm, there is a large black door.
    • I know that the others are dead.
  • The door is opened by a Tiefling, with red skin and large horns.
    • He is a bit threatening in the way he is standing in the door.
    • He tells me to come with him.
      • He then remembers that he has a letter for me. Which proves to be from my mother. This explains that she saved my life, and that she has sent this Tiefling to “rescue” me
        • In the letter my mother explains that she wishes for me to seek revenge on the ones who wronged me, and retake what is mine.
      • I ask him to describe the person who gave him the letter. Which he is able to.
    • I decide to follow him, as this is the real open option for me at the moment.
  • We choose a way which leads around a place called hall of bones on the map provided by my mother.
    • On our way we are attacked by two minotaur’s
    • Further on we find a large head with one big eye, and some severed “limbs”
      • Sarl (the Tiefling) decides to approach it which apparently summons two more Minotaur’s.
        • We kill one of them the other flies.
      • Sarl argues that we should leave the “Beholder”.
        • I decide to try and help it. One because he will leave it to die, and two because it sounds pathetic when asking for help.
          • I explain him my two reasons for helping.
        • Later in the labyrinth we find a garbage monster, which we defeat with ease largely because of Sarls magic.
        • We have just found a place to rest.
          • I still have to examine the “Beholder” to see if it has become better with the rest and the care I have given it.

 

  • Sarl seems to be a self-absorbed individual.
    • I see no reason to trust him, but he seems to be my only way out of this place.
    • He presumably works for my mother.
      • A trade I do not quite know if is good or bad.
    • He seems to be a worthwhile person to have in a combat situation.
    • He talks way too much, and I think I might have to have a serious talk with him if he keeps touching me. So far only to do helpful magic.

 

 

(Fifteenths session)

  • As we take on our armour after a long rest, dark smoke starts to swirl, and out of the dark smoke steps a very confused looking blue Dragonborn.
    • Apparently, he and Zarl knows one another. His name is Zerak
    • He tells us that Sinistril has sent him to help us. Apparently, we are to find 5 rings, and a secret way out.
    • As we hear creatures coming closer Zerak point to a secret door in the wall, which we use.
  • In the room is a grate in the floor, and a door at the end. (Room of Putrefaction)
    • In the grate is a liquid of some kind and in the middle of the liquid is a ring floating.
      • Zerak tries to pick it up, but it causes him great pain, and he faint from it.
        • He tries again but have to give up.
      • I pick up the ring which glides on to my finger on its own.
        • As I pull my hand out of the liquid my left hand is covered in large soars and coagulated blood and it smells of putrefaction.
          • Permanente (-1 to cha ability rolls +1 to intimidation)
        • The ring is stuck on my finger, and cannot be removed.
      • The grate I pick up the ring from disappears and two new empty but for the liquid appear.
    • In the second room is a starving old man who tells us that he ate a ring. We try to feed him but cannot sate his hunger. (Room of Starvation)
      • Zerak tries to turn undead to make sure that the man is not undead.
        • My hand reach very poorly to this, as if it is undead.
      • Zerak ends by stabbing him to death, an act which both Zarl and Zerak apparently have no quarrels with.
        • After I speak with Zerak he sees the error in his way, and seam to remorse the action.
        • Zarl guts the old man and take the ring from his belly.
      • In the third room is a Gnome reading a book twirling the next ring, he insults us till Zarl and Zerak cast magic on him which starts the fight. (Room of Arrogance)
        • As we fight him he suddenly turns in to a large Crystal monster with the ring as one of its eyes.
        • We fight is but in the end, it is my beholder friend who kills it.
          • I have name it “Holdie”
        • I collect this ring.
      • As I pass through the door to the fourth room I am struck by a wave of laziness, and just roll over on the floor.
        • For some reason both Zarl and Zerak decide to stick their hands in the two remaining liquid pits and their hands also turns putrefied.
        • After their game of whatever that was, they decide to pull me out which takes the laziness condition on me.
        • We all enter the room and fight the laziness and move to search for the next ring, as we are attacked by a shadow being, which proves to be quite weak.
          • End of session.
        • I am now wearing the three rings we have found. (Putrefaction, Starvation, Arrogance)

 

 

(Sixteenths session)

  • Another of the shade monster appeared, and somehow drained me for even more energy.
    • I retrieded to the other room to be of better help. As I got there then all the sudden Oak appeared        in the room looking confused.
    • After the fight I introduced him to my two new travel companions.
  • I found the forth ring inside the lamp hanging from the middle of the room.
  • All the sudden a large monster appeared in the door, it mere touch corroded my shield and sword.
    • Zerak fixed my sword by means of his magic. But I still decide not to go face to face with the thing.
      • When we slew it the fifth and final ring appeared.
      • I now have all five rings and they grant power and magic.
    • We rested in a force bobble made via the ring. I had a good night’s rest, but the others where plaiged by nightmares of my Zombie hand killing them.
      • We toke another rest, but this time without the bobble, and this time they slept without nightmares.
    • After the rest Zerak told us that Sinistril had given him a flask which could teleport us out of Khyber but to the tomb of Zo úhl the mage who made the five rings.
      • Before we use the flask, we decided to try our luck getting out on our own first, as nothing given by Sinistril will ever come cheap.
    • When we left the rooms where we found the rings, the door disappeared behind us.
      • We were back where Zarl found me, in the cell.
      • We made our way back through the Minotaur maze.
        • We were ambushed the same place as last where we found Holdie.
        • After the fight we fled down the maze as more Minotaur came behind us and in front.
          • As the battle raged Zerak decided to use the flask, which teleported us away.
        • We found our self in what looks like a sewer together with 3 Minotaur and on another ledge a Halfling woman cries a warning at us, as she is struck down by something unseen.
          • We fight the Minotaur’s and finally win.
          • I jump over to try and rescue the Halfling, as the other fight ooze monster which falls from the ceiling.
            • As I get the Halfling to the rest of the group, it turns out that she is undead and attack us.
            • We all on our last leg and only survive on pure luck.
            • Zarl shows his true colours as Zerak (Zarls) friend falls in the acids sewer water, and he do not help , but instead just stand on the ledge and say you should not have tried to cross the there.
              • I help out Zerak and Zarl has fallen in as well, I leave him in, as I see no reason to help him, who will not help others.
            • A final fire bolt from me, take of the Halflings head.
          • We take a short rest (Level up to 7)
            • I want the Halflings cloak, which seems to be something special

 

 

 

 

(Seventeenth session)

  • We decided to climb down the hole where we could see the tomb.
  • Down by the was a very large chamber with all kind of statues and skeletons.
    • There was a Gold dragon and Pit Fiend among others.
  • By the exit was a pile of corpses all looking like adventures, and all slain in different ways.
    • I made my way up to them to examine the way out, but as I set food on the ledge they all came to live.
      • It turned out to be a fairly easy fight, with only the acid blob proving to be a danger.
    • The way out however was bared by a kind of force field. The force field had three different colours which matched three chests and three gemstones in the floor.
  • I found the way to activate the gemstones which summoned a large spider crab like creature. We overcame this relatively easy, except for Zarl which went down, but was saved by Zerak.
    • In the chest was a very beautiful lute. Zarl put this in his backpack
  • The next gemstone summoned a Vrock demon which toke down Zarl once again and Zerak brought him back again.
    • In the chest was a set of gloves which I put in my backpack
  • Finally I activated the last gemstone. This summoned a Spider with a black elf upper body (Drider)
    • This proved to be very difficult as it toke to the ceiling, where we had a hard time to reach it.
      • It toke down Zarl multiple times.
      • As the battle finally started to turn to our favour, two gargoyles’ came alive and held the spider creature.
        • We finally managed to take down the spider creature after two fireballs from Zarl and a final spell from Zerak.
        • The two gargoyles’ toke down first Zarl and ripped out his throat killing him outright. The second toke down Oak.
        • Zerak and I defeated the one gargoyle and the other fled out the entry tunnel
        • We found both Zarl and Oak beound our reach and power to help.
      • In the chest was a deck of tarot cards
    • Zerak and I have started to carry out Oak and Zarl leaving all the gold and other loot, in fear that touching any of that would summon more monsters or wake the statues to life.

 

 

(Eighteenth session)

  • As we came out of the tombs both Oak and Zarls wounds began to close and they both came back to life.
    • Oak told us that he had seem his dragon ancestor/protector Akimas and that it had brought him back to life.
      • Oak told me that his dragon thing told him to hunt down Gerard the black dragon.
    • Zarl told us that he had been brought back by one proclaiming to be his father. A malicious voice with no face. In the end this person mocked Zarl for his Tiefling form, saying that it was not worthy.
      • Zarl is from Stalkers deep (some other plane, I am not quite sure)
    • As we made our way out Gerard came in seeing us and getting very angry and informing us that we now where on his death list. He fled as his goons attacked us.
      • After we toke care of them we ran after him in the hopes of catching him.
    • We came across a strange man called Gorak a strange peddler of wares in the tunnel leading to the tomb.
      • He told us that if we wanted more information we could seek him out in the Shoreline market.
      • He also told us that the city close to the tunnel exit is Galeth Spire.
      • Right outside the tunnel is a small fair called Zo’uhls fair.
    • We came out to Zo’uhls fair where we were taken in to tell our tale of wonder.
      • I tried to tell the tale in the least most interesting way, to get the people to leave us alone.
        • Zarl toke it upon himself to bring as much attention to us as possible.
      • Amongst the tavern people where three shady people.
        • I believe that they wish to kill us, and take our positions.
      • We left Zo’uhl fair to go to Galeth Spire here we learned that we cannot enter without official papers.
        • We also learned that the riffraff from Ringbriar can be found in Shoreline
        • After this we went to Dawnfoot in the hopes of a tavern and/or boat to Shoreline.
      • In Dawnfoot the people an oppressed and the guards are most likely evil.
        • Zarl provoked the guards and started to cast magic. This earned him a beating.
          • Oak tried to intervein but was also take to the keep.
          • Here Oak had to pay 400 gp for Lord Jarfor not to decapitate Zarl.
            • Oak also learned that a contact or friend was the lord’s prisoner.
          • We have now agreed that we will rescue Oaks friend and in the process kill lord Jarfor who we have learned is a rapist and murder.
          • I learned that the gauntlets will increase my strength and have other abilities.
            • Zarl has the lute which is also a very prominent magic item.

 

 

(Nineteenth session)

  • We are told by Oaks contact, that all the guards will be gone the next midday, and this will be the most opportune moment to attack.
  • We attack, and find the three suspect persons from the camp, waiting for us.
    • We kill them all with ease, as Oak cast a spell of silence, which robs them from their spell casting abilities.
    • After this we knocked down the doors to the main hall, where Lord Jafor is waiting for us, with a dwarf arcane caster.
      • We barely won the battle, and searched the house, we also collected all the heads, from the once we killed.
    • After not finding the slaves, we split up, as Zerak and Hülgaah went to remove a corpse of a tortured women, and Oak Zarl and I went to where Holdie is hiding.
      • As I tried to get rid of the heads, Holdie reveals that he can eat them, and that this will heal him.
        • When Holdie eats head, he will secret goo for a minute or two.
      • The day after the villagers help us to sail us over the channel.
        • We pay the boat man 5 gp, as we convince him, that we were not the once to kill Lord Jafor.
      • At Shoreline we go to chieftain Bor Helgrim to announce our entry to his domain.
        • Helgrim informs me that 23th Eyre it is the half a year have passed since I went to Khyber.
        • 300 miles as the crows fly is a castle (Lord Zaxzil) where they fears an invasion from there.
          • I tell him that this keep is where I grow up, and as long as I draw breath this is my one and only mission.
          • Freya Helgrim wife to Bor Helgrim
            • Inform me of Tavern “Søens vind”
            • She also tells me that not all are as accepting as her, regarding Holdie. I inform her that I will keep him on the tavern.
          • “Søens vind”
            • Tavern keep informs me that there are no rooms in the tavern only sleeping places.
          • I seek out Grik in the believe that he is an old friend.
            • When he sees me, he is filled with hate and blames me of all the wrongs which have happened, because we could not protect them.
              • He tells me that his son was tortured and killed along with many others we had promised to protect.
              • He tells me that he hopes that I can live with the lives of all children on my conscience.
            • Grik’s information hits me hard, and I have so much rage sorrow and feelings I don’t know of what to do with. The only option I find is to find a secluded place and draw my sword.               • We have agreed to this as we touched a stone he purchased in Dis (the first layer of hell)
              • Margrit Silverhawk Goraks contact is captured by Aurum dwarfs (a clan who made pacts with fiends).
                • She is held captive in westerhold. The entire basement is a fortress.
                • She can lead us to a secret entrance to Girard’s holdout.
                • I showed Gorak my sword, and he recognise it but tries to hide it.
                  • He calls it A Foe Bane
                  • He tries to “cheat” it out of me.
                  • I also showed him my shield which he refuses that he knows what is, but am also very eager to get from me.
                • We go to westhold, to rescue Margrit. We find the Aurum house, we win the day, and rescue her
                  • She is a halfling and is very grateful for us saving her.

  • I keep Holdie under my arm, draped in a cloak.

(Twentieth session)

  • Buy three scrolls of identify for.
    • The sword
    • The shield
    • The deck of cards.
  • Try to have the dwarf plate armour remade to my size, or use it as a buy in for a plate.
  • Was it Griks fault that we failed, as he ran away from the fight, with a quarter of our forces?
    • He blamed me/us for the death of the children, but it was him who ran away with them, and was unable to protect them?

 

  • I bought identify scrolls but learned that they would not help me, in learning more about my items and instead identified the items we found.
  • I sold the dwarf armour to an armourer to get some cash.
  • Gorak gave us 4 resistance potions 2 acid 2 frost for the promise that we would try to retrieve the heart of the black and white dragons.
    • The magical items we sold to Gorak for potions to help us with our endeavour.
  • After this we left for the secret entrance to defeat Gerard.
    • As we approached the entrance we were attacked by the white dragon, who we unfortunately was unable to kill before it ran away crying that it would avenge it farther still.
    • We found the secret way in, but here was attack by large bone snake things.
    • After this we found a door with an undead beholder.
    • Behind the beholder was a secret door which required the password.
    • Behind this door was some kind of laboratory with a small person walking around tables with corpses laying on.
      • I decided that I had had enough and attacked the researcher.
      • This provoked a ton of undead to swarm in to the chamber.
        • All the undead was refitted with all kind of weapons.
        • One of these a small girl toke out Zarl.
      • After the fight we agreed to take a rest.
    • We are still hunting dragons!

 

 

(Twenty first session)

  • We follow the track further down the caves.
  • In a side corridor there is are placed two hooded lanterns pointing out in the main hall.
  • We find a room full of skeletons Zarl kills them all with a fireball
    • Further down the same corridor there is a wizard who tricked us with an illusion.
    • He brought me down with several fireballs.
  • Further down the corridor Zarl found a magical trap, with his face.
  • Behind the trap we find a black dragons nest
    • In the nest is a large black female dragon named Penumbral blood.
      • She is forced by magic to produce younglings for Gerard.
        • This is part of some vile plot for the church of the Blood of Vol
      • She agrees to let us go further down the cave.
        • After she tells us that she cannot promise us save passage back.
          • This is done after she saw Zeraks holy symbol for the Traveller (the dark six)
          • I say that he has helped us several times, and I do not hold previously made choices against him.
            • Zerak later confront me, with the fact that he did not choose this, but it was what was left for him to choose.
              • I told him that I judge him by his actions, and so fare I have no reason not to trust him.
                • I do not trust is good but this do not need to be said.
              • We continue down the hall behind the hatchery.
                • We come to a small cave where a white dragon man thing is standing watch.
                • He present a though fight bringing all the others down until I can pin him down and finally drive my sword through him.
                • After the fight Oak come to consciousness by himself, and I administer a potion to Zarl and Zerak.
                • We decide to rest for the day in the cave.
                  • In the bottom of the cave is a shaft which drop down, and the sound of horror comes up from it.
                  • I create the hut of darkness, but no of the others want to sleep in its protective doom.
                • So far we have no dragon part for Gorak

 

 

(Twenty second session)

  • After we woke up we heard Girard arguing with Penumbral blood
    • Girard came in to find us.
    • When he saw us, he ran the other way, but Penumbral Blood bared his way
    • I killed Girard by slicing of his head, with my sword.
      • I kept the head to present it to Grik.
    • Penumbral Blood asked us to kill her, I did this by piercing her heart with my sword.
    • We escaped the complex after her death as we heard all her young screaming in rage/sorrow?
      • When we got out the white dragon was waiting for us. We almost killed it again, before it ran away again.
        • It flew in the direction of Xazils keep and Ringbriar.
      • I gave the head of Girard the dragon to Grik.
        • He started to cry as he realized that the killer of his child had died, he said, that I was a hero after all.
          • He tried to shake my hand, but I could not make myself touch him.
        • Zarl told me/us that Sinistril is also his mother.
          • I tried to touch him to see if it felt different.
            • It did not I still do not know what that means.
              • But now I know that his touch is just as defiling as everyone else.
              • Zarl made a disturbing comment, that made me believe that he is in to incest. I do not like this. He might be my brother, but something is wrong in his head.
                • This might be a result of where he was brought up. But I might have to confront him with this.
              • He also told us that Lord Malice is his father.
                • I need to find a way to contact my ?father?
                  • Can I use magic to do this, a sending?
                • Zerak told us that Sinistril asked him to guard me and Zarl (her children).
                  • He overheard that she wishes us to clear out the Xazils keep and remove the talons of Tiamat from there.
                    • This means that by clearing out my old home we are helping her in her infernal plots.
                  • We have all agreed to go and investigate what is happening at Xazils keep.
                    • Oak told us that Ringbriar have been destroyed and all the inhabitants have been turned to undead.
                    • The rest of them also agreed to try and find out what happen to Xazil and if possible bring him back
                      • If we can bring him back, and have freed the keep, it will be given back to him, as the rightful owner otherwise we will keep it, as our base of operation
                        • If Xazil wants it back Zarl and Zerak deserves a reward from him, for helping save his life.
                      • I will find a place where I can find my centre after killing Girard.
                        • Hopefully I can come back from the dark place I have been.

(Twenty third session)

  • Zerak have a contact in Shoreline, who can provide us with false papers, to enter Galethspire.
    • They are 250 gp per set.
      • He also told Zerak that he did not expect them to work for long, as we are very noticeable.
    • Zeraks contact told us that having Lord Jafors warpick would most likely mean a deathsentance if found out.
      • He could sell it for us, for at a good price, but it would take him about a month, to find a buyer, and he would require 200 gp to help him in the search.
      • We decided to get rid of it sooner than later, and sold it to Gorak
    • I went to Grik to ask if he could make me a full plate armour. He could but it would take him half a year as he would have to start from scratch.
    • I went to buy provision from Hugo, and somewhat by accident told him that I killed his younger brother.
      • He got very upset by this locked the door and attacked me.
        • He spoke some creepy words and the room became very cold and then his brothers ghost appeared.
      • After we had exchanged blows for a while, I got him to talk, he told me that he wanted attornments for my deed, and that he wanted either my sword or shield.
        • I told him that that would never happen, and that his brothers live was not worth any of my magical items.
      • Hugo attacked me again, and I decided to end the fight and knocked him unconscious and killed his brothers once more.
        • I tended to Hugos wounds and walked away.
      • If he confronts me again then I will demand him to justify what his brother was doing in league with Girard tending to his undead horde, in the place where he breed an army of black dragons and kept a temple to Vol.
    • After my encounter with Hugo we started our walk towards my old keep.
    • As we walked in to the darkness a feeling of being watched came over us, and the darkness has a magical effect which supresses all feeling of joy.
    • After several days in the darkness we saw a camp fire. Zarl investigated and found that it was Emerald claw members who sat there.
      • We decided to take care of them.
        • This proved to be a bit more of a challenge then we had expected.
          • Zarl used his magic to get the fighter out of the fight this helped greatly in our victory.
        • After we won the fight we decided to make camp for the night, at the small mount they had used.

(Twenty forth session)

  • Ask the group to bury my Sword and Shield with me if I die. I do not wish for these items to come in the hands of others. – They accepted
  • Read the notebook of Mordon (Hugos brother)
    • He was studying the undead noting everything they did.
  • Ask Zerak to see the spellbooks we found in Lord Jafors house.
    • Zerak gave me both the spell book and the other book.
      • The spell book contains one spell I can copy.
    • Zerak informed us that his contact I Shoreline sent him a message, that we are hunted men and that someone is coming after us.
      • I advised that we continue the dark area we are in now might take care of our pursuers for us.
    • We continued our track.
      • Our rest was in general uneasy with several attacks by the undead.
      • During one of our rest we were set upon by lizard folk which seemed familiar.
        • They turned out to be some form of vampires.
        • Zarl got one to run away.
        • I killed the one who attacked me.
          • The last one tried to run away but I toke up chase and caught up to it.
            • I defeated it in a final show of mighty martial prowess (2 x crit)
          • We were assaulted by a flaming skull in company with a walking set of armour.
            • During this fight an undead creature appeared.
              • It said “Lord Girard sends a message. Even though my lead is reduced this is not over. Girard will get his revenge”
            • We came upon my old home the Zaxzil keep.
              • The river is frozen so we found a place further down where we could cross the river to approach the keep from the back.
              • Here we were set upon by undead monsters

 

 

(Twenty fifth session)

  • Zerak tried to use his dimension door, to get me and him in to the castle, for us to open the door. But we hit a solid surface on the other side of the door.
    • I jumped up to the crenulation and dropped down a rope, to the others.
    • As I stood on the wall I could see that the entire keep was frozen solid, with walls of ice filling the entire courtyard, with only a small exception for the front courtyard.
      • In the courtyard two skeleton dragons walked aimlessly around.
      • We decided that the best course pf action was to take them out first, if we need to escape fasts.
      • The fight was fairly quick, as Oak and I went down to them and Zarl and Zerak stayed on the wall as ranged backup.
      • After the fight we examined the courtyard and Zarl was ambushed by skeletal archers from the Barbican.
    • We decided to walk back to my old hiding place where we could lay low and rest.
    • After a good night’s sleep, in my dome of protection we where ready to move back in.
      • Before we descended Zarl and I searched the village for winter cloths as it was freezing cold.
      • We descended in to the tunnel walking steadily down ward for close to 700 meters.
      • At the end of the tunnel was a chamber where Frixanlix was waiting for us.
        • She told us that she would let us leave now if we left now.
        • I countered and told her that if she left now I would let her leave with her life.
          • She rattled on about who she would kill me.
          • She also called me Girards bane.
            • I kind of liked that title.
          • In the end I told her that I would kill her like I killed her spouse the cowardly dragon Rimbite.
            • I told her that he did like a coward and that he was nothing more then an overgrown snake who tried to flee.
            • My goading worked and she focused only on me for the fight
            • The fight it self was fast and a show of extreme magical and martial arts prowess from our side.
              • I toke of her head, as I told her that she was an even greater disappointment then Rimbite
            • We where so focused by her hoard that it was only Zarl who heard the ambush that came from behind. Two more skeletal dragons.
              • The first one went down quick, but as we attacked the second one, an undead figure came in talking about how Girard would get his revenge and that soon “The Dark Pack” would be upon us.
              • We won this fight but where all really spend after this.
            • We got the entire hoard up to the courtyard, were the ice had started to melt.
              • I tried to help the process in the hope that we could spend the night in the keep.
            • But after an extreme show of might in Titanic proportions for 3 hours I pulverized the ice freeing a path to the keep and the entire great hall.

 

(Twenty sixth session)

  • We have a long rest in the stables.
    • The next morning we enter the keep to investigate. In there we find strange pipes in the ceiling.
    • We follow these pipes and on the third floor we find a strange machinery, with three blue glowing light coming from inside some containers.
      • We get one of the containers open, and out falls an eleven woman she is severely weakened. After some time she comes to and tells us her name Shava.
        • She tells us that she was looking for Zazil and/or his children.
          • She was captured some weeks after the keep fell, which means that she was lock away for almost half a year.
        • In the other container we found what Shava told us was her guard.
        • In the third tube we found Leon
          • He had gone blind and was dying.
          • He told us that he had heard talk.
            • He had heard them talking about that I had not died, and they called me Abries the demonic angle. A title I both liked and feared.
            • He told us that he had heard that Girard and Penumbral blood had died.
          • We destroyed the machinery by breaking the “control” pillar
          • I brought Leons body to the cemetery for us to bury when we had a little better time.
        • After rescuing Shava we looking in Zazils chambers and there we found a skeleton mage, who tried to bully us in to finding a golden scroll for it.
          • We instead destroyed it but as it died it vanished. This was very strange.
          • We found the scroll which was the will of Zazil.
            • It talked about how he served some sort of tentacle lord thing and that his children was only to be an army to further his goal.
              • This information hit Oak hard, as he felt his father had deceived him.
                • I toke it more in strides as sometimes one must go all in to gain even if it requires large sacrifices.
              • As we came in to the study room the nocking from below the collapsed stairwell had grown louder.
                • We set up formation and in the end the collapsed debris was cleared by some sort of stone monster which came from below.
                • This was tough but in the end we won.
                  • From below the stairs we could hear some sort of messing.
                  • Zarl scouted ahead as we other toke a rest.
                    • After little over two hours we decided to go look for him. Knowing it toke about an hour to reach the bottom.
                  • At the bottom of the stair a red light shown out from the door way. I used Holdie to scout for me, as we had heard Zarl shout for help.

 

 

Enter Toril

  • All is demons and blood we where taken over to help Demogorgon to enter the world.
    • Eberron is now a part of the Abyss, as Demogorgon has made it his home.
    • We all turned in to demonic versions of ourselves. I remember somewhat what we looked like and what scared me the most is that I almost did not change in appearance as the rest turned in to demons I stayed the same.
    • Demogorgon sent us as heralds to a new world to prepare for his coming.
      • We found us selves in front of a city but as we went nearer it we where struck by a protective force, which forced out the demonic bond from within us.
        • But as the protective barrier was focused on us, three demonic shadow entered the city.
      • As we came to finding us selves flat on our back outside the city a Dwarven man was standing over us telling us that we where expected. By someone named Vajra Safahr Blackstaff.
        • He had been sent to help us enter the city of Silverymoon to help us obtain our destinies.
        • He explained that The Blackstaff is an arch mage from a city called Waterdeep apparently the largest city of the North?
        • Silverymoon is the called the Jewel of the North.
        • He lead us in the city where we have spent some time getting to know this place where we are now, this world of Toril.

 

 

NOTES FROM THE GAMES – The life in Toril.

(The interlude wishes)

  • During my time here in Silverymoon, I have not been wearing armour instead I have been wearing a beautiful dress which I have had in my back for a very long time.
    • During this period of time, I did not wear my crown/mask showing of my white eyes and acid burned left face
    • Albeit a strange sight as I have still had my shield slung over my shoulder and my sword strapped around my waist to the belt of hill giant strength.

 

  • I use this week to cleans my body, keeping to very clean food, and boiled water.
    • Even the smell of cooked meat makes me feel sickened.

 

  • After spending time in this new city of Silverymoon I have begone to learn the history of this new world.
  • During my time at the library I would also like to research in to the how in this world is the most mechanically savvy. I the hopes of finding some one who might be able to make me a new mechanical hand, for when I chop of my rotten one.

Ankomst til Toril og ugen der:

Dette er sket i ugen (som er på 10 dage i forgotten) der er gået:

 

Noget af det første du gjorde var at besøge en tøjbutik, som kunne hjælpe med kjolen (kjolen er billede 4 af dem du har lagt op). Du fandt hurtigt ud af, at Hannah’s Fine Clothing (se evt hjemmeside > galleri > silverymoon) var den bedste shop at gå til, så det gjorde du.

Du fandt butikken, som udefra mest ligner et hus i flere etager, der ser ud til at kunne falde om hvert øjeblik det skulle være. Huset er frygteligt skævt og det ser ud til, at hver nye etage er bygget skævt ovenpå den tidligere, og med de 6 etager, så når man står nær ved indgangen, føles det som om, hele huset er ved at falde ned i hovedet på en.

Indenfor er der et mindre rum, hvor der hænger kjoler, stof og mærkelige urter overalt, og direkte modsat døren er en disk, og bag denne sidder en lille halvtyk gnom mand, og stirrer på dig. Han siger intet og det hele virker lidt mystisk. Du går hen til ham og præsenterer dig og dit ærinde, og samtidig bemærke du, at denne gnom ikke har blinket en eneste gang, han stirrer bare på dig. Du føler dig allerede lidt beklemt ved situationen. Men så med et, ned af en trappe, og nu ser du, at der er flere meget smalle trapper, nogle går op, nogle ned, kommer en smuk gnom kvinde med orange hår og synåle overalt i håret. Hun præsenterer sig som Hannah med et bredt smil, og du bliver hurtigt beroliget af hendes venlige væsen og imødekommenhed.

Herfra går resten af dagen på mærkelig vis. Hannah vil gerne hjælpe dig og hun får hjælp af den gnom mand, som viser sig at være hendes husbond – Garlind, og de prøver begge på alle mulige måder at få målt dig op, men det er meget svært, da du hver gang rykker dig væk, når de vil måle dig. Det hele tager frygtelig lang tid. Gnomerne prøver alt muligt, og får til sidst målt dig, hvor de både prøver overtalelse, snig-måling, pludselige måle-angreb og alt muligt andet. Da der er gået nogle timer er begge gnomer helt forpustede og svedige, og selv Hannah er begyndt at miste tålmodigheden og snerrer af sin, ret dumme, husbond Garlind. Men kjolen bliver gjort klar til dig, og flere gange kommenterer Hannah, at det er en meget unik kjole med et meget særpræget mønster og teknik. Du får kjolen samme dag, da du oplever hvorfor Hannah er den bedste. Det tager hende utrolig kort tid at sy kjolen til og hun bruger både hænder, fødder, mund og ører når hun syr. Efter arbejdet takker Hannah dig og fortæller, at du altid er velkommen, og særligt nu hvor de har dine mål, som hun lover at ville gemme, for evigt og altid. Du skal betale 10 gp. for at få kjolen tilpasset.

 

Resten af tiden i byen oplever du mange gange, at folk ser på dig med forundring, ikke med afsky, men mere chok og forundring. De fleste holder sig væk, men det sker flere gange, at en mand kommer hen imod dig fra siden eller bagfra, tydeligvis for at skulle charme dig, men så ser de dit ansigt og øjne, og inden de når at komme i ‘tale-afstand’ så vender de om på hælen.

 

Du får læst det grundlæggende om de historier du vil – hvilket vil sige, at du har den viden som er i Sword Coast Adventurers Guide. Du finder også ud af, at øen Lantan er der hvor de bedste mekaniske folk er, og du finder ud af, at denne ø er meget, meget langt væk. Tilfældigt nævner du, at du søger dette emne til en clerk i Vault of the Sages, og du får en seance med en Sage – Jean Kahn Ultrot den fjerde. Han er en meget gammel mand (hjemmeside) og har et ekstremt roligt sind, og af en eller anden grund, så har du en oplevelse af, at du godt kan lide ham. I passer ligesom sammen i personlighed. I er begge rolige og ingen, absolut ingen, tager det mindste initiativ til berøring af nogen som helst slags. Efter lidt snak fra dig, om hvad du søger. Så går Jean Kahn Ultrot den fjerde ind i en dyb trance. Det tager noget tid. Timer, hvilket du tænker for alle andre ville være meget akavet og kedeligt, men for dig, er helt rart. Jean Kahn Ultrot den fjerde fortæller dig bagefter, at på Lantan er der rigtignok flere som kan det du søger, men at du sikkert aldrig kommer derhen, da de er ekstremt uvelkomne overfor fremmede. Han fortæller dog, at i landet Hartsvale, i Castle Hartwick boede der en lantaneser, som også kunne hjælpe dig. Det er ikke helt tydeligt for Jean Khan Ultrot den fjerde, hvor denne lantaneser er, men et sted i Hartsvale eller deromkring er et godt bud.

 

Maul er let at købe og bind til, så det har du.

 

Bag of Holding finder du på The Market of Stars, hos en lidt mærkelig og mystisk type, som kalder sig Xsasu Umpilliere. Han virker som en meget snedig forretningsmand, og på en eller anden måde, som du ikke helt er sikker på hvad er, så fik du købt den Bag of Holding til 400 gp. som var lidt mere end du havde håbet at skulle betale.

 

Armor og Contact other plane scroll er muligt i at få i byen, men er dyrere end du lige har til. Du har fundet frem til, at The Vault of the Sages har en scroll of contact other plane, og at den kan købes for 3500 gp.

At gøre din armor magisk med +1, kan lade sig gøre og der er flere steder du kan finde nogen som kan dette. Prisen ligger dog generelt på 4000 gp. Du har dog undgået Gorak (ja den samme som fra Eberron), som du har set på markedet, men ikke har villet snakke med, så måske Gorak kan gøre det billigere.

 

Scroll of comprehend languages får du købt i The Shining Scroll, hos den venlige troldkvinde Xara, og med hjælp fra Shava, som åbenbart har et godt forhold til Xara, får du den til den nette pris af 50 gp.

 

Det med Shava og om du må scribe fra hendes bog, må vi tage in game, men hvis det er ok med hende, så er det noget du har gjort i den forgangne uge.

 

Du får også brugt noget tid med Holdie. Den virker til at være meget meget glad for, at du er dig selv igen. Den virker nærmest ekstatisk over det. Du får en oplevelse af, at Holdie har været alt for længe i den der Familiar Pocket og at den generelt har været meget bange for dig, men nu er du dig selv, og Holdie er bare lykkelig. Du får også en oplevelse af, at hver gang I går over den fantastiske månebro over floden, så bliver Holdie urolig og bange, og det samme sker hver gang I går forbi en af de spredte nedgange til dværge tunnellerne, som strækker sig under byen.

Holdie virker som modvillig imod at skifte form, men da Holdie opfatter, at det gør, at den ikke skal ind i familiar pocket, så er den helt med på ideen, og den tager en form af en Falk og flyver tit højt op og hurtigt ned igen. Det virker til, at Holdie er ret glad for, at kunne flyve højt og hurtigt.

(Twenty seventh session)

  • Explain my need to go to Hartsvale (maybe to Castle Hartwick)
    • The group was not exactly eager for an immediate departure, they would rather solve some more close at hand problems.
      • They argued for some big black square stone, but I argued that the dwarven mines might be a better option, and “won” the decision.
    • Both Zerak and Zarl’s hands have healed, it is only mine which are still zombiefied and I am unable to get the rings of.
  • We went to the Hammer and the Helm to talk to Storn about getting entry to the mines
    • Storn told us that the dwarves have locked the mine up. This was due to some spreading mold fungi as well as some creepy shadows with long claws.
    • We agreed to enter the mines, but asked for them to wait for one day, before they tried by themselves. This was agreed. So that we could buy potions and stuff.
  • I went to Hannah’s Fine Clothing and traded her my tome of sawing dress, for a new set of fine clothing.
    • She agreed to this and it will be ready in two days.
  • I also went to the Vault of Sages, to see if I could get an audience with Jean Kahn Ultrot the forth
    • I will ask him for more help, in verifying that this mechanical sage, is actually in Hartsvale as I might have problem in convincing my friends to accompany me there otherwise.
    • I must return in two days
  • The next morning, we go to the mine entrance and are lead in by Storn
    • We follow the marking down and as we go down the mold are getting worse.
    • When we come down 6 levels the side of the tunnel has been broken down in to a cave.
    • In the cave we are set upon some wired creatures with large mouths and long claws
      • These are most likely the shadows the dwarves have seen.
    • Further down the cave is a stare going down the stair is not like the cave but masterfully crafted
      • 6 stone creatures were guarding this entrance.
      • Shava very quickly disposed of half of them and then the remaining three fleed.
    • Down the stair was a desecrated temple to Behemut.
      • In the centre room was a desecrated alter and as Oak touched it to cleans it undead creatures appeared.
      • Shava and Zerak made quick process of them with their combined magic.
      • From this temple room I entered a small side chamber in there was a man in some sort of magical Diabolic circle I asked him how he served, and he answered Countess Sinistril.
        • Oak attacked him before I could digest the information
        • After a battle in which we fairly quick got the upper hand he tried to sneak away by turning invisible.
          • I however cast see invisibility and hunted him down.
        • In a side chamber to the entry room we found a very old turtle man, who according to him have been sitting there for close to 10,000 years.
          • He agreed to come up to the city with us.
        • We investigated more of the tunnels as all the sudden an earthquake shook the mines.
          • We hurried to get out, only to learn that it was the turtle man who had collapsed the cave.

(Twenty-eight session)

  • We exit the caves and find some dwarves waiting for us.
    • They tell us that Storn is waiting for us at the “Dwarf tavern” and that there is a rocus.
    • When we get to the tavern we met Zarl who tells us that the dwarves are arguing about how it could be right that Storn let us, some outsiders go down and keeping his own people out.
    • We enter the tavern and explain Storn, and the dwarves what we did and what we found.
      • As a reward we can now drink and eat for free at the tavern.
    • We then go to each of our living laces and rest the rest of the day.
    • The next day I go pick up my new dress
      • Hanna is franticly reading the tome I gave her.
    • We met I Oaks glade, where he has made his church.
      • The turtle man did not arrive there which makes Oak anxious.
      • As we eat our meal on of Oaks friends come a Helmit called Rhakar Shocke
        • He tells us that his kid was throwing stones of the Moonbridge the other day and the stones hit something underneath which shimmered.
        • He informed the Knights in Silver and they came to investigate.
          • But then a Spell guard female mage came and preformed some magic which made the guards decide that there was nothing more to see and leave.
        • We decide to go investigate.
          • We payed a sailor to row us out there and there we found a tower hiding behind a cloak of magic.
          • We scaled the tower and on top we found a demon controlling a pillar which had a beam on magic going up to the Moonbridge.
          • We attacked the demon who then summoned two helpers.
            • After the fight Shava investigate the pillar and found out how it worked.
            • She then decided to remove the amulet which enabled the pillar to work, this made the magic cloak disappear.
            • Guards came running and we decide to go down the stairs of the tower.
          • Further down we found a room with a gigantic construct being assembled.
            • A demon was hiding the using the constructs arms to attack us.
            • After we killed the demon it escaped through a portal.
              • We decide to follow.
              • In the portal was a long bridge leading to a fortress about us the sky was dark of flying creatures
              • The creatures dived for us and we decide to leave as we found not have time to reach safety by the fortress before we would be flaied by the bird creatures
            • We left the portal realm and went up to the top of the tower again.
            • Here the guard was waiting for us commanding us to lay down our arms.
              • We did this and was taken away to prison.

 

 

(Twenty-ninth session)

  • Oak is summoned from the prison and we are left in the cell for 6 hours until Oak returns
    • He tells us that he have told the authority’s everything and the we have two options be hanged or enter in to a trail and judgement.
  • We enter in to the trial a fight against 3 elementals the fight is short and efficient
  • After this we are brought before the ruling council High lord Methrammar Aerasume, Lord Andiun, Ladyservant Tathshandra Tyrar, Vigilant Master Baerim Coraddor and Arch mage Hawthorne
    • We tell our story and are found worthy.
      • I tell the High Lord off my origin, asking him to keep my secret
        • He kept the relation to Sinistril secret for about 10 seconds.
        • He informed me that The Ladyservant maybe could tell me more about the shield.
      • High Lord Methrammar gives us an Adventures chart and by this we call us self The Khovarians (Khovarianerne)
        • He also offer us 1000 gp for the help, and another 1000 gp if we can find out how the demons entered Silverymoon.
      • I tell them that I would not keep a secret and I inform them of Holdie
        • They do not believe me and I ask for Hawthorne to verify Holdie
          • After leaving Hawthorne and I go to his study and I transform Holdie to its true form.
          • He cannot explain this connection, as is should not be possible.
        • The Ladyservant tells me what is hidden on my shield.
      • The next day we seek the audience of Hawthorne to get information regarding the portal.
        • He tells us that they have found some spells which will enable us to reach the fortress before the birds will be on us.
          • It will take him a ten day to prepare this.
          • In the meantime he advise us to go to the Maps house and talk with Eklindrar as he might be able to help us with the map we found.
        • We went to the Map house and found Esklindra a very weird guy.
          • He could tell us that he did not know where the front of the map showed. But the backside is a map of the Knee high farm ruin which is only some days travel from Silverymoon
            • He told us that if he could keep the map for some days he was sure that he could find out.
            • We agreed to this.
          • After the talk with Esklindra we decide to leave for the Knee High farmstead.
          • I tried to get an audience with Jean but was told that he is traveling at the moment.

(Thirties session)

  • We meet up with Zerak and tel him what have happened after we spilt up.
  • After buying provisions we set out for the Knee High Farm
    • At the farm we find 3 new settlers how turn out to be Demogorgon cultists and we end up in a fight.
      • One of them banished my back to Eberron where I saw the demon hoards but in the distance was a bastion of light the final bastion of good before the entire plane falls to the Abyss.
    • We went down the wheel and found a human caster in legua with a Vrock demon.
      • We fight and win, but as we take a short rest Zarl and Shava hear Sinistrils voice saying when they sleep send and then some name to finish them off.
    • We find a Glabrezu standing in a cave we kill it off. But not before Oak is killed saved by the quick thinking of Zerak.
      • During the fight Zarl transformed in to a shadow devil thing.
        • Oak take this transformation kind of personal and says that this is something which needs to be discussed at a later point.
      • Behind the room where we fought the Glabrezu we find a room with a portal under construction and in there Sinistril is waiting for us.
        • In the fight against her we are found wanting and in the end I try to escape with Oak uncontiouse in my bag of holding, and I try to escape.
        • In the end after falling in to pit traps and trying to escape I in the end fall by a magical bolt to the back as I almost make my way out.

 

  • Our souls are on the way to Kelemvors wall as we are pulled to a room where a god a former Devil to evil to remain in the Nine hells great us.
    • He introduce himself as Gargauth and is the new god of Zerak and is Zarls farther.
    • He says that he can bring us back to life but for this he will require a favour but a favour that we cannot deny, and that we bring Sinistril to him alive.
      • We all except for Oak accepts this.
      • I ask him before I accept if he can tell me anything about who I am.
        • He tells me that he knows of a legend in where 100 beings was formed by demons beings which are half good and evil.
          • They where called “The 100”
          • I need to know more about this.
          • As I have to give him my hand in agreement he is the only being which I do not feel defiled by touching.
        • When I return back to life my hand is cured from the curse.
      • Just before we are sent away Zerak ask him a question about the alters he is to built for him.
        • Gargauth tell Zerak that he are to built 5 secret alters around Silverymoon so that they form a pentagram with Silverymoon in the centre.
        • They alters must be underground so that they are hard to find and easy to defend.
      • My zombie arm is gone when I am resurrected.
    • We are sent back to Silvery moon and as we enter the gates everybody are traveling towards Bahamuts square.
      • Here we see Oak being reformed out of light.
        • I keep my distant and do not join in in the rejoice of his return
          • I do not know why. Is it because I do not like the pressence of his god, or do I feel cheatet that he got an “easy” way out or am I afraid of him judging me. I do not know the answer to this question.
        • We form up again and Zerak and Zarl ride ahead to scout out the area as Shave Oak and I walk the half days walk.
          • We meet up and Zerak and Zarl tells us that they have not found a alternative way down.
          • We enter again via the whell and down there Zerak and Zarl are in turn charmed by two sucubus.
            • Zerak try to kill Zarl before he breaks the charm.
            • Zarl attack me by turning my amour red hot, the same trick as Antoin did this makes me see red and I bring the pain down on Zarl.
          • After the fight we countiue to the central chamber fighting some shadow demons on the way.
            • In the central chamber I see five corpses laied out to display and I see my own mutilated corpes.
              • This really drives home what happened to me sending me in to a paranoia as I advance in to the room.
            • Sinistril returns to the room and goes in to a rage saying something in the line of who can this happen, we where dead she killed us.
            • The fight was brutal all of us affected by our own mortality.
            • In the end Shava managed to transform Sinistril in to a chicken.
              • We prepare to knock her unconscious but in the end Oak betray us and kills her.
                • As we all stare at him in disbelieve, he tells us that this was the condition Bahamut gave him for bringing him back, and he had no told us this, because then we would not have brought him with us.
              • This betrayal hits my paranoid state very hard.
                • That my brother can go behind my back in such a manor.
                • He and his god have potentially dammed my soul.
                • Bahamunt is not s god to be trusted and this just go to prove that gods in general are not trustworthy.
              • I take my corpse and leave the cave to bury it somewhere.
              • As the night falls over us, my zombie hand returns.
                • I blame this on Oaks betrayal as well.

 

  • I don’t know where to go from here.
    • My brother is dead to me, and I will have nothing to do with him.
    • I am in the company with a priest of a god so evil that the nine hells banished him.
    • The same god who apparently are the farther of Zarl.
    • The only one in my current company I in any way trust is Shava as she is in the same predicament as me.

Goals:

  • Find the marking on the shield which I learned about as I was under the control of Demogorgon.
    • I might need some kind of magic with lets me see what is hidden
  • Find out what happened to Sinistril
  • Learn if my father can be contacted from this plane.
    • If not learn a spell which let me contact other planes to reach him.
  • Help protect this plane from the demonic incursion
  • Find a way to get rid of my rotten hand, be this a mechanical hand or a cleric to regenerate a new one is no longer really a concern for me.
    • I mostly lean towards a mechanical, as I now more then ever is more afraid of entering the temples of the goods, if they should learn what I have committed.
    • There is a man somewhere in Hartsvale (maybe to Castle Hartwick), who might be able to due this.
      • Approximately 300+ miles to get there.
    • What part of the demon is still in us.
      • What happened to the three demonic shadows who entered the city, when the protection was down.

  • If I touch the others now, do I still defiled – Yes I do. But I have learned that touching Gargauth does not.

Character traits

  • I know that I am not a good person nor bad, neither am I particularly trying to be, I just am.
  • I have lived for 25 years, not aged a day, I don’t know what or who I am, but I know that I use to be something else, something not of this plane.
  • I spend the first 10 years I can remember in a small cave, just contemplating my existence.
  • For the first 10 years, I did not touch my sword or shield but when I pick them up after those 10 years, not a single muscle or move had dulled.
  • I have a sword which I know belongs to me, but my body fights when I touch. My shield is the same. Both items I use in my nightmares. My sword is clearly evil in design, while my shield is clearly good.
  • I don’t sleep like normal humans, more in a trance like the elves, and most all my nights are plagued with nightmares, dreams of a fiery field of a battle between the forces of good and the forces of evil. I know that I fight in this battle, that I have killed many opponents, on both sides. I know in my hearts of heart that I have done something very wrong against my nature, but what I do not know.
  • My body is covered in long since healed scars many of them look like claw marks made by razor sharp claws, unlike claws of most natural beasts.
    • Most predominant of these scars are two large scars on my shoulder blades. I sometime feel a phantom itch as if I am missing a part of myself.
  • I have felt my skin tinkle in the presents of both infernal and angelic beings.
  • I am a vegetarian. The few times I have eaten meat my body have protested
    • Now even more than before.
  • My deepest desire is to know my past and my deepest fear it to discover what I use to be.

  • Milky white eyes (no iris)
    • They have now turn jet black. – Soul searching, they are now white again
  • After awakening from the mental control of Demogorgon, my hair have turned white and grown out.
    • Flame red hair. Paige cut sloping up to a short trim in the neck
  • I look like I am in my late 20th or early 30th
  • 5’6 tall
  • About 180 lb all slender muscle
  • I have a fair skin complexion
  • I am prettier than most, but not a beauty.
  • My body is covered in small long since healed scars.
  • My left cheek and throat now have a large acid burn, from when I fought and killed a young black dragon in single combat.
  • My left hand have turned putrefied – This is permanent. A high level cleric might be able to cure it.
    • It reach poorly to Turn Undead abilities.
    • It has given me a -1 to all cha ability rolls, except to intimidate which is +1.
    • This was cured when I was brought back to life.
